一、前言铁路的任务是准确地运输旅客和货物。为了完成这项任务,就要拥有适应这一要求所需的机车车辆。在通常情况下,它必须安全、准确、迅速、舒适和经济。铁道机车车辆的维修管理基本上是以预防性维修为主。为了经济而又适当地进行预防性维修,采取了各种定期检查的检查系统。该检查系统主要是将各部门的维修管理数据有机地结合起来,然后从故障物理学观点对故障进行分析,再与积累的经验和技术相对照,最后采取一整套更有效的管理方式。这种管理方式对提高铁道机车车辆的可靠性
