劲性搅拌桩是适用于软土地基的一种新型复合桩,桩体由水泥土环桩内包钢筋混凝土芯桩组成。这种桩具有施工方便、造价低廉、单桩承载力高、桩身质量稳定可靠和无污染等多方面的优点,是一种极具开发前景的新型桩。在承载力机理和理论研究方面,针对劲性搅拌桩整体承载力的研究已较为成熟。但关于不同长度的芯桩对劲性搅拌桩整体受力性能及土体的应力应变影响尚缺乏研究。本文以现有的试验数据为基础,借助MIDAS/GTS有限元分析工具对不同芯桩长度的劲性搅拌桩进行的拟合计算;对数值计算结果进行对比分析并得出芯桩长度的合理取值,为劲性搅拌桩的推广和应用提供一些参考。
Stiffening mixing pile is a new type of composite pile which is suitable for soft soil foundation. The pile consists of reinforced concrete core pile embedded in soil-cement pile. The pile has the advantages of convenient construction, low cost, high bearing capacity of single pile, stable and reliable pile body quality and no pollution, and is a new type of pile with great development prospect. In terms of bearing capacity mechanism and theoretical research, the research on the overall bearing capacity of the stiff mixing piles has become more mature. However, there is a lack of research on the overall mechanical behaviors of the piles under different lengths of the pile and the stress and strain of the soil. In this paper, based on the existing experimental data, the fitting calculation of the stiff mixing pile with different core pile lengths is carried out by means of the MIDAS / GTS finite element analysis tool. The numerical calculation results are compared and the reasonable calculation of core pile length is obtained Value, for the promotion and application of stiff mixing pile to provide some reference.
