理论和实践均已证明:靠流体工作的系统,为了提高系统元件的寿命,使系统保持在一定时期内稳定可靠的工作,必须对液压介质进行污染控制。一、国内外油污控制情况国外早在五十年代就开始从事这一领域的研究,尤其是美国俄克拉何马州州立大学流体动力研究中心,在污染控制领域方面处于领先地位。菲齐博士等人提出了污染控制平衡理论,对液压元件污染敏感度作了大量试验并提出了评价方法。
