城镇化建设的加快,推动了集中供热的快速发展,2010年以来,我单位对供热热源和管网进行了全面的改造建设,于是形成了大量的工程档案。作为县城的供热单位,如何对供热工程档案进行管理,如何使工程档案全面服务于供热建设和发展,成为当前的新课题。另外,供热单位除了工程建设档案还有文书档案、人事档案、荣誉档案等,综合管理好各类档案,使之服务于供热的管理,同样是新的课题。下面结合我单位的实际情况,谈谈如何做好供热档案的管理与利用。
The acceleration of urbanization has promoted the rapid development of centralized heating. Since 2010, our unit has carried out a comprehensive reconstruction of the heating source and pipe network, and a large number of engineering files have been formed. As a heating unit in the county, how to manage the heating engineering archives, how to make the engineering archives fully serve the heating construction and development has become a new topic at present. In addition, the heating unit in addition to the construction archives as well as file instruments, personnel files, honor files, etc., a comprehensive management of all kinds of files, to serve the heating management, is also a new topic. The following combination of the actual situation of my unit, talk about how to do a good job heating file management and utilization.
