本文研究了用反相高效液相色谱法对缓然药乙醚提取液中的三醋精(TA),吉纳(DINA),2号中定剂(C_2)的分离分析方法。以YWG-CH(10u±2)为固定相,装入φ×150毫米不锈钢柱内。在室温为28—30℃时用甲醇:水(V/V:65:35)作移动相。紫外检测器吸收波长在220nm时测定三醋精和2号中定剂,在230nm时测定DINA。以硝基苯(NB)作内标分别测得的结果能满足火药配方研究的要求。对同一样品测定十次,其散度系数分别为0.65%(TA),1.4%(C_2),和0.65%(DINA)。
In this paper, the separation and analysis of triacetin (TA), DINA, and C 2 using the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method were studied.
