YL-0919 is a new antidepressant.In order to study the metabolism of YL0919,the tritiated YL-0919 was prepared.The brominated YL-0919 was synthesized and the structure was confirmed by NMR and MS for the preparation of the tritiated YL-0919.YL-0919 was tritiated by exchange reaction of tritium and bromine catalyzed by Pd/C.The experiment methods were described as following.10 mg 10%
