本文根据在定向井井眼轴线设计中,选择较好的造斜井段曲线应满足的一些条件,利用数学工具,推导出了判定最佳造斜曲线的最简条件:y′x-x?=f′(x_?)(其值越小越好),为定向井造斜井段井眼轴线的选择提供了一个最简便的判定方法。同时,本文又根据这一方法对二次曲线中的圆弧、椭圆弧、二次抛物线和双曲线等4种类型曲线作造斜曲线的优劣性,从理论上作了进一步的分析研究,从曲线的弧长、起下钻附加阻力和钻柱旋转摩擦阻力矩的角度来看,双曲线作为定向井造斜井段井眼轴线,较其它3种曲线更好。
In this paper, according to the design of directional wellbore axis, we select some conditions that should be satisfied for the curve of the wellbore section. Using the mathematical tools, we derive the simplest condition for determining the optimum curve: y’xx? = F (X _?) (The smaller the better) provides the easiest way to determine the wellbore axis of a directional well. In the meantime, according to this method, this paper makes a further analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of making oblique curves for four types of curves such as circular arc, elliptical arc, quadratic parabola and hyperbola in the quadratic curve. From the theoretical analysis, The arc length of the curve, the additional drilling resistance and the rotational frictional resistance torque of the drill string point of view, the hyperbola as the axis of the wellbore of the directional well, better than the other three curves.
