目的:分析正常眼压性青光眼(NTG)与原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)视神经蛛网膜下隙面积(ONSSA)的差异以及其与相关因素的关联性。方法:选择2016年1月至2019年5月广东省高州市中医院确诊的53例NTG患者(A组)、46例POAG患者(B组),均未接受任何治疗,另选40例健康体检者(C组),检测各组的体质量指数、血压、24 h眼压、视野缺损、视轴长度、中央角膜厚度等指标,同时进行眼部二维超声扫描并分析各组球后3 ~ 7 mm的ONSSA差异,并分析ONSSA与临床相关因素的关联性。结果:A组ONSSA明显小于B组、C组[(5.07 ± 0.83)mmn 2比(6.19 ± 0.90)、(6.57 ± 1.43)mmn 2],差异均有统计学意义(n t=5.219、6.107,n P0.05)。n 结论:NTG患者的ONSSA较POAG患者及健康人群均降低,且NTG患者的ONSSA与24 h眼压的平均值及最高值均有相关性。“,”Objective:To investigate the optic nerve subarachnoid space area (ONSSA) in patients with normal tension glaucoma (NTG) and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and its correlation with related factors.Methods:Fifty-three patients with NTG (Group A) and 46 patients with POAG (Group B) were selected from January 2016 to May 2019 in Gaozhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province. None of them received any treatment. Another 40 patients with health examination (Group C) were selected. Body mass index, blood pressure, 24-hour intraocular pressure, visual field damage, visual axis length and central corneal thickness were measured in each group. Two-dimensional ultrasound was performed to analyze the difference of ONSSA in the retrobulbar 3 to 7 mm range in each group, and the correlation between ONSSA and clinical related factors was analyzed.Results:The ONSSA in group A was significantly smaller than that in group B and group C: (5.07 ± 0.83) mmn 2 vs. (6.19 ± 0.90) and (6.57 ± 1.43) mmn 2, the differences were statistically significant (n t = 5.219 and 6.107, n P 0.05).n Conclusions:ONSSA of NTG patients is lower than that of POAG patients and healthy people, and the ONSSA of NTG patients is correlated with the mean intraocular pressure and maximum intraocular of 24 hours.
