目的建立一种知柏地黄丸中盐酸小檗碱(BH)定量测定的方法。方法以BH为目标分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂制备出BH分子印迹模板,以此模板为电活性物质,制备出BH玻璃涂膜离子选择性电极,采用工作曲线法测定了知柏地黄丸中BH的量。结果当BH的浓度在1~100μmol/L,与电动势(E)呈现良好的Nernst响应,斜率为55.48 m V/p C,回收率为94.5%~105.1%。结论该方法测定快速、准确、灵敏,结果良好。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of berberine hydrochloride (BH) in Zhibelihuangwan. Methods BH molecular imprinted template was prepared with BH as the target molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the crosslinking agent. The template was used as the electroactive substance to prepare BH glass coated ion selective electrode, the working curve method was used to determine the amount of BH in Zhibai Dihuang Wan. Results When the concentration of BH was between 1 and 100 μmol / L, the Nernst response with electromotive force (E) showed a good slope of 55.48 mV / p C and the recoveries ranged from 94.5% to 105.1%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and the result is good.
