目的探讨功能性消化不良的诊断与治疗方法。方法对62例功能性消化不良病例采用西沙必利与心理疏导治疗的资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果治愈48例,显效8例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率达95.1%;治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论依据国内提供的FD诊断标准进行诊断不困难;依据FD发病机制的可能病因,采取相应的治疗措施可取得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 62 patients with functional dyspepsia were treated with cisapride and psychological counseling data were retrospectively analyzed. Results cured 48 cases, 8 cases markedly effective in 3 cases, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.1%; no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment. Conclusion It is not difficult to diagnose according to the FD diagnostic criteria provided in China. According to the possible etiology of FD pathogenesis, appropriate treatment measures can be taken to obtain satisfactory results.
