广西日报组织了一次成功的讨论。这次讨论所以取得成功,主要是报社同志紧紧地依靠自治区党委,在党委直接领导下,抓住了县区干部中普遍存在的关键性的活思想,有的放矢地展开讨论。由于思想问题抓得准,抓得深,因而,讨论一开始,震动面较广,影响较大,不但一般干部纷纷来稿,而且县区领导干部也卷入了讨论。到十二月底止,已经有三十几个县(占全自治区总县数一半左右)的领导干部写了文章。广西日报的经验告诉我们:依靠党委深入发动群众,真正抓住干部和群众中主要的活思想,才能把一次讨论组织好,才能通过讨论达到群众自己教育自己的目的。 Guangxi Daily organized a successful discussion. The success of this discussion was mainly due to the newspaper comrade closely relying on the party committee of the autonomous region and under the direct leadership of the party committees, seized the key lively ideas prevailing in the cadres at county level and deliberately started discussions. Because ideological problems were grasped accurately and deeply, the discussion started with a broader vibration and a greater impact. Not only did the general cadres draft their contributions, but the leading cadres at the county level were also involved in the discussions. By the end of December, leading cadres in over 30 counties (accounting for about half of the total autonomous counties) wrote articles. The experience of Guangxi Daily tells us: Only by relying on the Party committees to mobilize the masses in depth and truly grasp the major livelihood ideas among cadres and the masses can a discussion be properly organized so that the masses can reach their own purposes of education through discussion.
