目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中锰及其化合物含量的不确定度评定方法。方法应用测量不确定度评定方法分析测定过程中不确定度的来源,识别出其中的主要来源。结果不确定度的主要来源为样品制备过程产生的不确定度和采样引入的不确定度。结论运用本不确定度评定方法对测定过程中关键环节的识别,将有助于检测人员重点关注关键环节的质量控制,更有效地提高检测工作的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the uncertainty of the contents of manganese and its compounds in the air of workplace by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The method of measurement uncertainty was used to analyze the sources of uncertainty in the determination process and identify the main sources. The main sources of the resulting uncertainty are the uncertainty created by the sample preparation and the uncertainty introduced by the sample. Conclusion The application of this uncertainty assessment method to the identification of the key links in the measurement process will help the testing staff to focus on the quality control of key links and improve the quality of testing more effectively.
