恶性肿瘤患者由于核酸代谢异常,其核糖核酸酶活性可有显著增高。Drake等以Poly CPoly U及Poly A:U作底物测定各种肿瘤患者的血清核糖核酸酶(S-R Nase),在15例急性非淋巴细胞性白血病患者中,约有半数病例的S-R Nase值显著增高(超过2个标准差)。国内曾将该酶测定作为白血病的早期诊断指标加以探讨。最近本室以酵母核糖核酸作为底物测定白血病及其他血液病患者的S-R Nase,探讨其临床价值,今将初步结果,报告如下:
