针对某厂12500kN/3500kN组合式高速油压机的快速冲盂过程减速困难问题,利用AMESim建立其仿真模型,并对其冲盂过程进行仿真研究。改进了原系统单独凭借减小回油路上流量阀的开口度来减速的控制方式,提出一种通过协调控制匹配供油泵数量与流量阀的开口度的减速方案。仿真结果表明此种减速方案可实现组合油压机较平稳减速,并减小了压机振动。
Aiming at the difficulty of rapid decelerating process of 12500kN / 3500kN high-speed hydraulic press in a certain plant, the simulation model was established by using AMESim and the simulation of the spittoon process was carried out. The control method of reducing the opening speed of the original system by reducing the opening of the flow valve on the oil return line is improved. A speed reduction scheme is proposed by coordinating and controlling the number of oil supply pumps and the opening degree of the flow valve. The simulation results show that this deceleration scheme can achieve a more stable deceleration of the combination hydraulic press and reduce the press vibration.
