利用MTS试验机,通过在试件与试验机之间设置球铰组件以降低混凝土拉伸试验中偏心的影响和消除附加弯矩的影响。并以试件应变为加载控制方式,完成了应变率为10-7,10-6,10-5,10-4/s四种数量级范围内的混凝土动态轴向拉伸试验。试验结果表明,所采用的试验方法简便可行;不同应变率下的混凝土轴拉应力-应变全曲线的形状有很好的相似性;混凝土抗拉强度和抗拉弹性模量随着应变率的增加而增加,但应变率的变化对混凝土极限拉应变没有明显的规律性影响。
MTS testing machine is used to reduce the influence of eccentricity in concrete tensile test and eliminate the influence of additional bending moment by setting the ball joint assembly between the test piece and the testing machine. And the test specimen strain control method for loading, the completion of the strain rate of 10-7, 10-6, 10-5, 10-4 / s four kinds of concrete within the scope of dynamic axial tensile test. The test results show that the test method adopted is simple and feasible. The tensile stress-strain curves of concrete under different strain rates have good similarities. The tensile strength and tensile modulus of concrete increase with the increase of strain rate But the change of strain rate has no obvious regular influence on ultimate tensile strain of concrete.
