无论谁都想拥有一个温馨舒适的家。随着我国改革开放的不断深入,人民生活水平的不断提高。原来以满足“住得下,分得开”为基本条件的设计思想已经落伍,远远不能满足人们对生活的追求,跟不上时代发展的前进步伐。当今时代,人们不但要追求高度的物质文明,更重要的是追求高度的精神文明,这就要求我们设计人员要把握准时代的脉博,以最大限度的满足人们对新生活的需求为已任,设计出令人满意的新型住宅。
