我国正处在由计划经济向市场经济全面转型时期,计划经济时期特有的单位制在此时呈现出消解或者是强化的特点。面对计划经济时期单位制的逐渐取消及福利的全面禁止,单位制的个体单位人在此时摇摆不定,对自身认同存在着差异。某些实证案例显示在有些情况下他们仍然是单位人,但是在有些情况下他们积极寻求市场的帮助却不是单位人。本文试图根据社会转型时期单位人的具体行为表现,分析单位人身份差异的原因。
Our country is in the period of comprehensive transition from planned economy to market economy, and the unit system unique to the planned economy period is characterized by digestion or strengthening at this time. In the face of the gradual abolition of the unit system in the planned economy and the total ban on welfare, the individual units of the unit system were wavering at this time, and there were differences in their own identity. Some positive cases show that in some cases they are still unit workers, but in some cases they are actively seeking the help of the market but not the unit. This article tries to analyze the reasons for the identity difference of the unit people according to the specific behavior of unit people in the period of social transition.
