通过实验开发出适于顶吹转炉喷煤粉补充热量的炼钢新工艺,称为煤氧复合吹炼工艺。其工艺特点是采用顶底复合吹炼技术,用煤粉保护底吹氧枪,在冶炼过程的始终喷吹煤粉。该工艺的优点:1)喷煤不增加熔池脱碳负荷,不延长冶炼时间;2)热效率高,在10 t转炉上的试验表明,1 kg煤粉可熔化7.1 kg废钢;3)冶金效果好,渣钢间硫的分配比达到10~20;脱磷反应接近平衡;4)末期喷煤粉不会降低熔池脱碳速度,适于冶炼低碳钢。
Through experiments, a new steel-making process suitable for replenishing heat of top-blown converter pulverized coal is developed, which is called coal-oxygen composite blowing process. Its process is characterized by the top and bottom compound blowing technology, the bottom of the oxygen lance with a powder protection, smelting process has always been blowing pulverized coal. The advantages of the process are as follows: 1) PCI does not increase the decarburization load of the molten pool and does not extend the smelting time; 2) the high thermal efficiency tests on a 10 t converter show that 1 kg of pulverized coal can melt 7.1 kg of scrap; 3) metallurgical effects Good, the distribution of sulfur slag between 10 ~ 20; dephosphorization reaction is close to equilibrium; 4) the end of pulverized coal injection rate will not reduce the rate of decarburization, suitable for smelting low-carbon steel.
