应用 ̄(125)标记8肽的胆囊收缩素(CCK一8)和 ̄(51Cr标记兔红细胞一次通过肺循环的方法,研究了正常和内毒素性休克(ES)家兔肺对CCK的清除作用。结果表明,ES组肺循环时间延长,心输出量减少,肺对CCK一8的清除率正常组平均为38.95±3.0%,ES组为30.86±6.24%(x+s),有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示在ES时家兔肺清除CCK减少。
The clearance of CCK from lungs of normal and endotoxic shock (ES) rabbits was studied using cholecystokinin (CCK-8) and (51Cr-labeled rabbit erythrocytes, one pass through the pulmonary circulation. The results showed that the duration of pulmonary circulation was prolonged and the cardiac output was decreased in ES group. The average clearance rate of CCK-8 in lungs was 38.95 ± 3.0% in ES group and 30.86 ± 6.24% (x + s) in ES group. There is a very significant difference (P <0.01), suggesting that in ES rabbits lung clearance CCK decreased.
