教学研究工作已经日益得到各级教育行政部门和学校领导的重视。我省不少地区和学校,由于坚持开展经常性的教研活动,取得了初步经验,收到了明显效果。但是,还有相当一些地区和学校的同志,对教研工作的重要性认识不足,认为它“可有可无”“缓不济急”,有的仍然热衷于单纯追求升学率,把主要精力放在毕业班上,教研工作没有摆到应有的位置,有的遇到一些困难便畏缩不前,没有采取切实措施把教研工作开展起来。
