笔者治疗扁平疣12例,年龄7～12岁,经用单味红花获得满意效果。治疗方法:红花9～20g,药量据患儿年龄大小而定,水煎服,日1剂,早晚温服。连服10剂为1疗程。最长4个疗程,最短2个疗程,12例均治愈,一年后随访皆未复发。 病案举例:何某,男,9岁。半年前面颈部出现散在米粒大扁平丘疹,淡褐色,表面光滑坚硬,微痒,新疆某医学院诊断为扁平疣。曾服病毒灵、维生素B_1,肌注维生素B_(12),局部外涂鸦胆子治疗,无效。给予红花12g,水煎服,日1剂。10剂后患部丘疹颜色变白,继服10剂后丘疹破裂脱落,2个月后转正常肤色。 体会:儿童患此病多由体虚,气血壅滞,外感风热之毒,阻于肌肤所致。红花能活血通络,《药鉴》谓“苗捣敷游毒殊功”。
