In order to investigate the biochemical indicators such as lipid metabolism and uric acid and the value of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in the diagnosis of occult hypertension, we selected 91 cases of occult hypertensive patients diagnosed in our hospital, 120 cases of true hypertensive patients and 100 cases of normal subjects For occult hypertension group, true hypertension group and control group, the clinical features of lipid metabolism, uric acid biochemical indexes and ambulatory blood pressure data of each group were investigated. Compared with the control group, serum total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and apolipoprotein B (APOB) in patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher than those in the control group The LDL of hypertensive patients was significantly higher than that of controls. The ambulatory blood pressure (SBP) of patients with occult hypertension was significantly higher than that of controls h diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were significantly higher than the control group; no significant difference in uric acid levels in the three groups. Spearman linear correlation analysis showed that TC, HDL, APOB and ambulatory blood pressure data were significantly correlated. Studies have shown that lipid metabolism, uric acid biochemical indicators and ambulatory blood pressure combined detection can more accurately assess the occult hypertension for the diagnosis of occult hypertension and cardiovascular disease provide a reference; also prompt us, abnormal lipid metabolism in the population The risk of developing hypertension is greater, with special attention being given to early screening of occult hypertension.
