妇女在社会经济发展的作用越来越大,也逐渐成为企业高层管理的一支重要队伍。但是女性管理者与男性管理者存在客观的差异,女性相比男性管理者在社会和家庭充当的角色不一,由此引发对中高层女性工作压力的研究。本研究为深入剖析中高层女性工作压力来源,本文的研究发现对女性管理者更好的处理工作压力有着非常重要的现实意义。
Women play an increasingly important role in social and economic development and have gradually become an important team in the top management of enterprises. However, there are objective differences between female managers and male managers. Women play different roles in society and family than male managers, which leads to the research on the working pressure of middle and high-level women. In order to further analyze the sources of work stress in middle and high-ranking women, this study finds that it is very important for female managers to better deal with work stress.
