1983年6月13日至19日在四川省重庆市召开了“热介质定向循环养护工艺和混凝土外加剂应用技术交流会”,参加这次会议的代表有来自全国28个省、市、自治区的冶金、交通、铁路、建材、煤炭、中国建筑总公司各工程局、基建工程兵、出版社、政府机关和大专院校216个单位243名代表。会议期间,重庆建工学院等10个单位的12位代表作了“推广应用热介质定向循环养护工艺”的专题报告;中国建研院混凝土所等8个单位的8位代表作了“推广应用外加剂”的专题报告,许多代表反映,这次会议立题明确,抓住了量大面广、耗能量大的养护坑技术改造以及在混凝土预制构件行业中推广应用外加剂这两项技术措施,符合我国所制定的开发和节约并重、近期把节髓放在优先地位的方针。与会代表还一致反映,听了专题报告后收获很大,很有启发,他们希望把这次会议所介绍的经验及时在刊物上交流。为此,我们特请林方辉老师撰写了此文。本文主要根据作者在重庆会议上的发言稿整理补充而成,在理论上较之作者过去发表的文章更系统更深化,目的在于帮助读者结合具体条件应用这一工艺。本文的应用技术部分总结了现有近一百个定向循环养护坑的经验及不足之处,对于提高现有养护坑的效果,特别是在推广中少走弯路有直接帮助。技术经济效果是工厂最感兴趣的问题,因此,本文选择了南方和北方、新建和改建、实行自控和简易式等有代表性工厂的数据,列表加以说明。关于本工艺的试验研究方法、试验结果、养护坑及供汽系统图等一般问题及理论基础部分的公式推导可参见文末列出的参考资料。
From June 13th to 19th, 1983, the “Direction of Thermal Media Directional Circulation Maintenance Technology and Application of Concrete Admixture Technology” was held in Chongqing, Sichuan Province. Representatives from the conference were from 28 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of the country. Representatives of 216 units of metallurgy, transportation, railways, building materials, coal, China Construction Engineering Corporation, infrastructure engineering, publishing houses, government agencies, and universities and colleges. During the conference, 12 representatives from 10 organizations including Chongqing Institute of Construction and Engineering made a special report on “Promoting the Application of Directional Circulation Maintenance of Thermal Media”; 8 representatives from 8 units including the China Institute of Construction and Research Institute made “advanced application of admixtures”. According to the report of the special report, many delegates stated that this meeting had a clear title, seized the technical measures for the large-scale, energy-intensive conservation pits, and the promotion and application of admixtures in the concrete prefabricated component industry. Our country has formulated a policy of equal emphasis on development and conservation, and has given priority to decentralization in the near future. The attendees also unanimously reflected that after listening to the special report, they were very rewarding and inspiring. They hoped that the experience presented at the meeting be communicated in a timely manner in the journal. For this reason, we particularly ask Mr. Lin Fanghui to write this article. This article is mainly based on the author’s speech at the Chongqing conference. It is theoretically more in-depth than the author’s previously published article. The purpose is to help readers apply this process in combination with specific conditions. The application technology section of this paper summarizes the experience and deficiencies of the existing nearly 100 directional cycle conservation pits. It is of direct help to improve the effectiveness of existing conservation pits, especially in the promotion of less detours. The technical and economic effects are the most interesting issues for the factory. Therefore, the data for the representative factories in southern and northern China, new construction and reconstruction, implementation of self-control and simple type are selected for illustration.
