DM与高血压的关系已逐渐引起临床重视.Modan等报道DM患者中高血压的患病率是非DM人群的3~4倍,且83.4%的高血压患者伴有糖耐量异常.二者通过何种途径相互影响,国内外学者众说不一.现就国内外研究进展做一综述.
