目的探讨麝香鼻康灵的主要药效学。方法采用大鼠离体后肢血管阻力、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及致敏豚鼠回肠平滑肌过敏性收缩试验。结果麝香鼻康灵 17、5 1、170mg/kg可提高大鼠离体后肢血管阻力 (P <0 .0 5和 0 .0 1) ;麝香鼻康灵 30mg/kg明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎症 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;麝香鼻康灵 0 .85、2 .5 5、8.5mg/kg显著抑制致敏豚鼠回肠肌的过敏性收缩 (P <0 .0 1)。结论麝香鼻康灵具有收缩血管、抗炎和抗变态反应的作用。
Objective To investigate the main pharmacodynamics of Ruan Hong Kang Ling. METHODS: Rat isolated hind limb vascular resistance, xylene-induced mouse ear swelling and sensitized guinea pig ileal smooth muscle allergic contraction test were used. RESULTS: Intensity of hindlimb vascular resistance in isolated rat hindlimbs was increased by 17, 51, 170 mg/kg of Chinese medicine Hongxiang Bi-Kangling (P < 0.05 and 0.01), while Xiaoxiang Bi-Kang 30mg/kg was significantly reduced by xylene. Rat auricular inflammation (P <0.05); Moschus konjac Ling 0.85, 2.55, and 8.5 mg/kg significantly inhibited allergic contractions in the guinea pig sensitized sensitized guinea pigs (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Hong Xiang Bi Kang Ling has the effects of contraction of blood vessels, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic reactions.
