国产井架的结构经济指标与国外同类型井架相比较高。本文在给定结构拓扑和结构几何形状的条件下,以井架结构经济指标为目标函数,按空间刚架模型推导了井架结构优化设计公式。所考虑的有尺寸上、下限约束,应力约束,刚度约束,位移约束,局部稳定约束和整体稳定约束。文中编制了相应的计算机程序,计算了一个例题和一个实际井架,并与原设计做了对比。计算表明,井架优化中局部和整体稳定约束是必须考虑的。用本文的方法对井架进行优化设计是适用的。
The structural and economic indexes of domestic derricks are relatively high compared with the same type of derricks abroad. In this paper, given the structural topology and structural geometry, the derrick structure economic indicators as the objective function, according to the spatial rigid frame model derived derrick structure optimization design formula. Considerations are upper and lower bound constraints, stress constraints, stiffness constraints, displacement constraints, local stability constraints, and overall stability constraints. The corresponding computer program is compiled in this paper. An example and an actual derrick are calculated and compared with the original design. Calculations show that local and global stability constraints in derrick optimization must be considered. It is suitable to optimize the derrick with this method.
