腐蚀会通过点蚀和焊接热影响区腐蚀导致的腐蚀疲劳和应力集中作用引起近海平台构件的破损。本文提出了一种解释平台破损机制的理论,用此理论可以估算各种构件的破损速度。在防止破损方面,强调阴极保护的有利影响。为了说明这个理论,列举了几个平台构件破损的实例。一个重要的见解是,构件的破损并不必定会导致整个平台破坏。这些成果可供平台检验之用。
Corrosion can cause damage to offshore platform components through corrosion fatigue and stress concentration caused by pitting corrosion and HAZ corrosion. This paper presents a theory to explain the mechanism of platform damage, which can be used to estimate the rate of damage of various components. In preventing damage, the positive impact of cathodic protection is emphasized. To illustrate this theory, several examples of broken platform components are listed. An important insight is that the breakage of components does not necessarily lead to the destruction of the entire platform. These results can be used for platform testing.
