当前,在高中英语教学中,课堂提问的主角是教师,学生没有或很少有提问的权利和机会。教师需要把课堂提问权交给学生,引导学生提问,问自己所不解;引导学生质疑,驳自己之所惑;让学生自主提问,学自己所想知。在这个过程中教师应注意以下几个方面:既要保护学生提问的热情,又要防止其提问的漫无边际;为提高学生质疑的质量,教师应具有分辨问题价值高低的能力;学生提问使课堂具有不可预测性,教师须深研教材,充分备课;要注意学生的提问是他们心理活动、思想境界和研究成果的真实反映。
