Make students have a strong desire for language learning, and turn this desire into a persistent pursuit of knowledge. If this can be achieved, language teaching can enter a wonderful realm. Therefore, many comrades who are interested in teaching reform regard the cultivation of students’ interest in learning as their own direction. This is undoubtedly correct. How can we effectively inspire junior high school students’ interest in language learning? I once investigated 121 junior students using the topic “Your most impressed language lesson”. 52% of the students thought that they would be after the middle school. A language lesson gave them the deepest impression. Actually, the language class is just a cliché about the broad and profound language of the motherland and the tasks and methods of learning Chinese in the middle school.
