本文对液浮摆式加速度计的心脏——浮子组件的静平衡进行了研究。得出了力的不平衡量与调整螺钉之间的近似公式,并在实践中得到了验证。同时也建立了力矩的不平衡量与调整螺钉之间的近似关系(公式与图表)。液浮摆式加速度计是目前舰船惯性导航系统中比较常用的主要惯性元件之一。用它来测量舰船加速度的大小。影响测量加速度精度的因素,在很大程度上取决于浮子摆组件的精平衡精度。
In this paper, the static balance of the heart-float assembly of a liquid-floating pendulum accelerometer has been studied. The approximate formula between unbalanced force and adjusting screw is obtained and verified in practice. An approximate relationship between the amount of moment unbalance and the adjustment screw (formula and chart) is also established. Floating pendulum accelerometer is one of the more commonly used inertial elements in inertial navigation system. Use it to measure the size of the ship’s acceleration. The factors that affect the accuracy of the measurement acceleration depend to a large extent on the precision balance of the float pendulum assembly.
