子宫内膜是一种具有高度分化潜力的组织,其内膜腺上皮化生临床上较为常见,但罕见子宫内膜骨化,迄今为止,国内外报道约50例。其病因尚有争论,临床表现不一。现将我院发现的3例报告如下,并对其病因、临床表现及防治进行讨论。 临床资料 例1,50岁,G_6P_5,6年前于妊娠24周行利凡诺引产术,术后因胎盘剥离不全行刮宫术,术后阴道流血40余天。此后月经尚规律,但白带色黄量多。 Endometrium is a kind of tissue with high differentiation potential.
