子宫内膜骨化

子宫内膜是一种具有高度分化潜力的组织,其内膜腺上皮化生临床上较为常见,但罕见子宫内膜骨化,迄今为止,国内外报道约50例。其病因尚有争论,临床表现不一。现将我院发现的3例报告如下,并对其病因、临床表现及防治进行讨论。 临床资料 例1,50岁,G_6P_5,6年前于妊娠24周行利凡诺引产术,术后因胎盘剥离不全行刮宫术,术后阴道流血40余天。此后月经尚规律,但白带色黄量多。 Endometrium is a kind of tissue with high differentiation potential. Intimal metaplasia is clinically common, but rare endometrial ossification. So far, about 50 cases have been reported in China and abroad. The etiology is still controversial, clinical manifestations vary. Now found in our hospital 3 cases are as follows, and its etiology, clinical manifestations and prevention discussed. Clinical data Example 1, 50 years old, G_6P_5 6 years ago, spent 24 weeks of leprosy induction cycle induction of labor, postoperative placental dissection due to curettage, postoperative vaginal bleeding for more than 40 days.
