音乐元素来源的广泛性,让音乐的创新存在无限可能。这样一种开放的艺术形式,对多元文化的视野要求就更迫切。现行的初级及中级音乐教育模式存在理论不完善、陈旧等问题。音乐技能的训练主要以钢琴等西式乐器为主,存在技能单一、不适应社会发展要求等毛病。中国地域广阔,民族众多,音乐资源取之不尽,用之不竭。在音乐教育上,要积极引导,逐渐形成音乐多元化的理念,在音乐技能的训练上,要不拘一格,百花齐放。音乐是开放的,音乐教学也应该别开生面,收放自如。
