根据机器人焊接电源的要求 ,研究了一种由高速单片机 80C3 2 0为控制器的IGBT逆变式弧焊电源。具体分析了其组成结构、主电路和控制电路的工作原理及实现。介绍了电源外特性的获得原理及与机器人通讯过程。实验结果表明 ,该系统可获得多外特性和好的动特性 ,可适用多种机器人焊接方法的需要
According to the requirements of robot welding power supply, a kind of IGBT inverter arc welding power supply which is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller 80C320 is studied. Concretely analyzed its composition, the working principle and realization of the main circuit and control circuit. The principle of obtaining the characteristics of the power supply and the process of communication with the robot are introduced. The experimental results show that the system can obtain multiple external characteristics and good dynamic characteristics, can be applied to a variety of robotic welding methods
