大庆高新技术产业开发区规划建筑设计院于1994年10月成立，经过近10多年的发展建设，现在已经成为集城市规划设计、建筑工程设计、市政工程设计、工程勘察测绘、工程检测、多媒体制作、工程概预算及工程设计咨询为一体的综合型设计院，具有热力主导工艺设计甲级，风景园林设计甲级，城市规划设计乙级，建筑工程及市政工程(给水、排水、道路、桥梁、燃气)设计乙级，工程测量丙级资质，工程检测一级资质。目前，我院具有专业技术人员80人，研究生5人(规划专业3人)，在读研究生26人，高级工程师38人(规划专业7人)，中级职称34人(规划专业7人)，初级职称8人，注册规划师9人，一级注册建筑师2人，一级注册结构师3人，二级注册建筑师2人，注册造价师1人。人均1台以上电脑，先后购置了4台惠普绘图仪，并配备了城市规划、建筑工程、市政工程等专业设计软件及概预算软件，安装了院内局域网和光纤上网设备，现已实现了工作微机化、交接网络化、出图自动化现代化生产模式。全院固定资产400万元。我院下设四个专业设计院及三个股份有限司，即：规划设计院、建筑设计院、市政设计院、环境设计院、大庆高新区广维科技有限公司、大庆高新区广维测绘有限公司、大庆高新区广维检测有限公司。“七位一体”的发展格局已经形成。完善的机构、明确的专业分工，合理的人才使用机制，使全院人员的工作积极性、创造性和主动性得到了充分的调动和发挥。

More than one computer per capita, has purchased four HP plotter, and is equipped with city planning, construction, municipal engineering and other professional design software and budget software, installed intra-hospital LAN and fiber optic Internet access equipment, has now achieved a working computer Transform network, transfer network automation, production automation modernization mode of production. The hospital has 4 million yuan in fixed assets. There are four professional design institutes and three joint-stock limited divisions under our institute: Planning and Design Institute, Architectural Design Institute, Municipal Design Institute, Environmental Design Institute, Dawei Hi-tech Zone Guangwei Technology Co., Ltd., Daqing High-tech Zone Guangwei Surveying and Mapping Limited Company, Daqing High-tech Zone Guangwei Detection Co., Ltd. The “seven in one” development pattern has been formed. Sound institutions, a clear division of labor, a reasonable mechanism for the use of personnel, so that the hospital staff work enthusiasm, creativity and initiative have been fully mobilized and play.
