作者已报告治疗恶心、呕吐有效的和汉药(生姜、厚朴、连翘、旋覆花)中的镇吐活性物质。此次对新期待的具有镇吐作用的枳椇子(Hovenia dulcis)、茯苓(Poria cocos)的镇吐活性成分进行了研究。 将市售枳椇子以氯仿、甲醇、水依次提取。茯苓分别以甲醇、水提取,得甲醇提取物、水提物。研究各种提取物的镇吐活性,同时以各种色谱法对活性成分进行分离、精制。在生物鉴定时,使用中国林蛙或黑斑蛙,将试验药物经淋巴腔内投与后,经口投与末梢性催吐剂硫酸铜(150mg/kg)诱发呕吐。以给药组比对照组的呕吐潜伏期的延长为指标判定镇吐活性。
The authors have reported that antiemetic substances in nausea and vomiting are effective and Chinese medicines (ginger, honokiol, forsythia, and inula). This time, we studied the newly-anticipated anti-inflammatory active ingredients of Hovenia dulcis and Poria cocos. The commercially available wolfberry fruit was sequentially extracted with chloroform, methanol, and water. The mash was extracted with methanol and water to obtain a methanol extract and an aqueous extract. The antipyretic activity of various extracts was studied, and the active ingredients were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods. In the bioassay, Chinese frogs or black-spotted frogs were used to induce vomiting by oral administration of the peripheral emetic copper sulfate (150 mg/kg) after the test drug was administered intralymphatically. The antiemetic activity was determined by using the prolonged vomiting period of the administration group as compared with the control group.
