Pu’er tea is a type of specialty tea with a long history in Yunnan Province. It has been favored by more and more domestic and foreign consumers in recent years, and it is also a popular tea featured in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Southeast Asian tea markets. From ancient times to the present, in terms of its formation and development, as a complete tea, it can be divided scientifically into two forms of transformation: traditional Pu’er tea and modern Pu’er tea.
