在剧烈动荡的近现代中国社会,身处海外的客家人曾为中国的革命和建设做出了重要贡献,廖安祥便是其中的突出代表。廖安祥出生于广东梅县,早年经商香港,他热爱祖国、热爱人民,忠于党的事业,在香港工作70余年,为中国革命和建设做了大量工作,被著名民主进步诗人柳亚子誉为“梅州大侠”。文章对廖安祥爱国情怀的形成,及其参与香港“秘密大营救”、护送爱国民主人士北上参加政治协商会议、新中国成立后向国内运送急需物质等进行了概括介绍,阐述了廖安祥为我党统一战线工作做出的杰出贡献。
In the fiercely turbulent modern Chinese society, overseas Hakka people have made important contributions to China’s revolution and construction. Liao An-cheng is one of the prominent representatives. Liao Anxiang was born in Meixian, Guangdong Province. He started his career in Hong Kong in his early years. He loves the motherland, loves the people and is loyal to the cause of the party. He has worked in Hong Kong for more than 70 years and has done a great deal of work for the Chinese revolution and construction. He was praised by famous democratic progress poet Liu Yazi as “ Man ”. This article gives an overview of the formation of LIAO Anxiang’s patriotism and his participation in Hong Kong’s “Secret Rescues”, the escort of patriotic democrats to the north for political consultation, the delivery of much-needed substances after the founding of New China, and expounds Liao Anxiang as my Outstanding Contributions Made by the United Front Work.
