我国最高权力机关制定的我国第一部《档案法》已经颁布并付诸实施了。目前,摆在我们面前的任务,就是如何广泛地宣传贯彻《档案法》,这是关系着《档案法》能否在全国范围内贯彻实施,发挥其应有的法律效力的大问题。笔者认为,宣传贯彻《档案法》必须在全社会广泛进行,这是由档案工作所具有的社会性和《档案法》对档案工作社会性的体现和肯定所决定的。马克思主义的社会观认为:社会是人们相互交往的产物,是各种社会关系的总和。而人们的交往首先是经济交往,在经济交往的基础
The first archives law of our country, formulated by the supreme organ of our country, has been promulgated and put into effect. At present, the task before us is how to widely publicize and implement the “Archives Law,” which is a major issue that affects whether the Archives Law can be implemented nationwide and gives full play to its due legal validity.
