高校团干部作为高校思政工作的主体之一,是对大学生进行系统思政教育和综合素质能力培养的引导者和监督者,其自身职业幸福感状况对完成这一任务有着较大影响,因此,研究高校团干部的职业幸福感有着重要意义。本文以上海高校为例进行问卷调查,从工资环境、工资待遇、人际关系、成长平台、职业压力、价值实现六个纬度,分别从高校类别、性别、学历、年龄、职别五个层面进行分析,并就存在的问题提出相应的对策建议。
As one of the main body of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the college cadres are the guide and supervisor of college students’ systematic ideological and political education and the cultivation of comprehensive quality and ability. Their own professional well-being has a great impact on accomplishing this task. Therefore, It is of great significance to study the professional well-being of CYL cadres in colleges and universities. Taking Shanghai University as an example, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey. The paper analyzes five dimensions from the aspects of university type, gender, education level, age and job level from the wage environment, salary treatment, interpersonal relationship, growth platform, occupational stress and value. , And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the existing problems.
