改革开放30多年来我国企业存在的主要问题,是经营范式基本上遵循低成本同质化平面规模扩张这一路径。供给侧结构性改革,在微观层面就是要倒逼企业重构经营范式,坚定不移地放弃旧的发展路径,在尽可能短的时间内迈上高创新差异化立体效益增长的发展阶梯,并且全面参与到新一轮全球产业体系重构中,从而塑造出新的可持续的竞争优势。这就需要重构企业发展观,重塑企业经营行为,重建企业经营绩效评价模式。
