近年来,我们认真坚持干部述职评议制度,用这一机制促进干部队伍的管理,有效地激发了广大干部的工作热情,促进了干部尽职尽责。我们的主要做法是;第一,端正思想认识。开展这项活动,有的同志有模糊认识,我们坚持思想领先的原则,及时对广大干部进行搞好述职评议重要性和必要性的教育。使大家认识到,述职是检验一个干部是否尽职尽责的有效手段;评议是干部教育管理走群众路线
In recent years, we conscientiously adhered to the appraisal system of cadre debriefing, and used this mechanism to promote the management of the cadre contingent. We effectively stimulated the enthusiasm of cadres and promoted cadres’ due diligence. Our main approach is; First, correct thinking. To carry out this activity, some comrades have vague understanding, and we uphold the principle of leading in ideology and educate the cadres in a timely manner on the importance and necessity of carrying out job evaluation.
