目的:通过研究含VB1的全方安神补脑液、不含VB1的安神补脑液、VB1液三种药液对H2O2诱导损伤PC12细胞的保护作用,探讨添加VB1后的全方安神补脑液对神经的保护作用。方法:利用H2O2诱导损伤PC12神经细胞,通过MTT法检测细胞存活率,试剂盒检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的漏出量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察安神补脑液对PC12神经细胞损伤的保护作用。结果:三种药液对PC12神经细胞存活率均无显著影响,对H2O2诱导损伤的PC12细胞均具有保护作用。添加VB1后的全方安神补脑液对H2O2诱导PC12细胞损伤的保护作用优于不含VB1的安神补脑液及VB1药液。结论:添加VB1后的全方安神补脑液能增强其对神经细胞的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of VB1-containing soothemp wounds, VB1-free soothening brain fluid and VB1 solution on PC12 cells induced by H2O2, Nerve protection. Methods: PC12 cells were induced by H2O2, cell viability was detected by MTT assay, the leakage of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, the protective effect of Anshen Bunao Ye on PC12 nerve cell injury. Results: The three medicinal solutions had no significant effect on the survival rate of PC12 neurons, and had protective effects on PC12 cells induced by H2O2. After the addition of VB1, Anshen Bunao Solution has better protective effect on H2O2-induced PC12 cells injury than VB1-free Anshen Bunao Solution and VB1 solution. CONCLUSION: Amniotic fluid supplemented with VB1 can enhance the neuroprotective effect of VB1.
