我完全同意發展国民經濟的第一個五年計劃草案,和李富春副總理關於五年計劃的報告。我只就機械工业在執行五年計劃中的一個关鍵性的問題——掌握新技术問題發表一點意見。国家工業化就是要把国民經濟,包括農業在內,逐步過渡到現代化的技術基礎上去。现代化生产技术主要是勞動過程的机械化,用機器生產代替手工生產。因此,要改造各經济部門的生產技術,就需要有大量的、新式的机器装備。
I completely agree with the draft of the first five-year plan for the development of the national economy and the report of Deputy Prime Minister Li Fuchun on the five-year plan. I only commented on one of the key issues in the implementation of the five-year plan for the machinery industry - mastering new technologies. The industrialization of the country means the gradual transition of the national economy, including agriculture, to the modern technological base. The modern production technology is mainly the mechanization of the labor process, using machine production instead of manual production. Therefore, in order to transform the production technologies of various economic sectors, it is necessary to have a large number of new types of machinery and equipment.
