最近,有关人土透露说,名闻遐迩的“中美合资上海庄臣有限公司”面临分裂,合资双方有可能在近期内中止合作。其矛盾焦点之一,是代表中方的上海家化联合公司总经理葛文耀与美方在产品打哪一家品牌的问题上发生争议。 葛文耀先生认为,“美加净”是中国日化产品的名牌商标,合资以后,产品多用“庄臣”商标,使中国的名牌商标知名度日趋下降,长此以往,世人将只知“庄臣”名,而不闻“美加净”声了。
