癫痫是神经系统第三大常见疾病,其发生发展涉及到的机制包括炎症反应、神经细胞凋亡、细胞增殖分化及突触重塑等。而近期许多研究试图从micro RNA方向找寻有关癫痫特异性生物标志及其治疗相关的潜在突破点。文章就micro RNA在癫痫的发生发展中表达水平的变化及相关可能的调控机制做一综述,为进一步的相关研究提供参考。
Epilepsy is the third most common disease of the nervous system. The mechanisms involved in its occurrence include inflammation, neuronal apoptosis, cell proliferation and differentiation, and synaptic remodeling. Recently, many studies have sought to find potential breakthrough points related to epilepsy-specific biomarkers and their treatment from the direction of micro RNA. In this paper, the changes of microRNA expression in epilepsy and the related possible regulatory mechanisms are reviewed, which provide references for further related research.
