目的:探究西藏地区2型糖尿病住院患者降糖治疗效果.方法:随机抽取本院96例2型糖尿病住院患者,利用摸球法分为研究组(使用口服降糖药与胰岛素)与对照组(使用口服降糖药).对比两组的治疗效果.结果:经治疗,研究组患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及血糖明显优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05).结论:西藏地区患者住院后联合使用降糖药物与胰岛素,常用药物为二甲双胍或者阿卡波糖,但在使用胰岛素时,存在实际偏差,因此需加强患者对于胰岛素的了解认知.
