目的:通过临床治疗对比,探讨慢性根尖周炎1次法根管治疗与多步法根管治疗的临床疗效。方法:将符合治疗适应证的患慢性根尖周炎的164颗患牙随机分为2组,实验组采用根管治疗1次法,对照组采用根管治疗多步法,对比观察治疗期内和充填后1周内的疼痛发生情况,以及根管治疗1年后的临床效果。结果:1次法治疗慢性无瘘性根尖周炎的治疗愈合时间比多步法治疗的愈合时间要长。慢性有瘘性根尖周炎1次法与多步法间无明显差异。结论:慢性无瘘性根尖周炎1次法比多步法的愈合时间长、疼痛分值高。慢性有瘘性根尖周炎1次法与多步法无明显差异。与多步法相比,一步法对慢性有瘘性根尖周炎的治疗效果显著,疗程短、经济省力。多步法对慢性无瘘性根尖周炎的治疗更适合。
Objective: To compare the clinical treatment of chronic periapical primary root canal therapy and multi-step root canal treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods: A total of 164 teeth with chronic apical periodontitis, who were eligible for treatment, were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received one root canal treatment and the control group received multi-step root canal therapy. The control group was observed during the treatment period And the incidence of pain within 1 week after filling, as well as the clinical outcome after 1 year of root canal therapy. Results: The healing time of one-time treatment of chronic fistulae periapicalis was longer than that of multi-step treatment. Chronic fistula periapical 1 method and multi-step method was no significant difference. CONCLUSION: The primary fistulae of chronic fistulae has a longer healing time and a higher pain score. Chronic fistula periapical first and multi-step method no significant difference. Compared with the multi-step method, one-step method for the treatment of chronic foveal periapical significant effect, short course, economical and labor-saving. Multi-step method for the treatment of chronic fistulae periapicalis more suitable.
