一、前言有关机车柴油机穴蚀,虽然采取了水处理、表面处理等预防措施,正在逐步得到改善,但仍然存在着很多问题。其中就有关冷却水压力和气缸套振动对气缸体的水室内壁面的影响等问题。为解决这个问题,我们在直径180毫米的单缸发动机上以冷却水压力为主进行了调查研究。调查结果表明,如果冷却水的稳流压力降低,则水室内壁面的水压经常会有负压的情况出现,如果减小气缸套外壁与气缸体内壁之间的间隔,则因气缸套振动而产生的水压变动就会加剧。现将研究结果介绍如下。
I. INTRODUCTION Concerning the cavitation of locomotive diesel engines, preventive measures such as water treatment and surface treatment have been taken and are gradually being improved. However, there are still many problems. Among them on the cooling water pressure and the vibration of the cylinder liner on the cylinder wall of the water chamber and other issues. In order to solve this problem, we investigated the cooling water pressure mainly on the single-cylinder engine with a diameter of 180 mm. The results show that if the steady flow pressure of the cooling water decreases, the water pressure on the inner wall of the water chamber often appears negative pressure. If the space between the outer wall of the cylinder liner and the inner wall of the cylinder block is reduced, The resulting pressure changes will be intensified. Now the research results are as follows.
