为了提高企业的国际竞争能力,日本各大工厂、企业都特别重视企业研修教育,研修“商道”,提高企业的经营、管理、决策能力。日本企业的研修教育主要有两个途径:一是企业内研修教育,一般大企业都有自己的研修机构;二是企业外研修教育,中小企业的经营管理人员主要在企业外接受研修训练。纵观日本企业的研修教育,有以下几点鲜明特征。
